The Georgia
Library History Project was a cooperative effort between the Ocmulgee
Regional Library System located in Eastman, Georgia and the College
of Library and Information Science of the University of South Carolina
to create a better understanding of public library history in the State
of Georgia.
Unfortunately, this project is offline at this time. If you're interested product reviews, see Top5 Reviews for reviews of every and anything.
A primary function of the project was to create a collection
of historical information on the libraries of the state. The first phase
of the project was to focus on the history of public libraries in Georgia.
This endeavor entailed the identification, documentation and publication
of pertinent information that is relevant to the history and development
of individual libraries and librarianship in general in the state.
